20ft and 40ft Open Top

GE SeaCo's open top containers are designed for the carriage of awkward, indivisible or oversize cargoes. The units offer increased versatility over standard boxes as they are designed for loading through both the top of the container and the rear doors.

All units are equipped with a swinging cross-door beam header, which opens outwards to give unrestricted access through the door opening.

The simplicity of loading and discharge and the full protection offered by a TIR approved tarpaulin, combine to provide a container that will ensure the safe passage of a broad range of cargoes.

Left to right: Open top containers are suitable for the carriage of awkward, indivisible or oversize cargo. Available in 20ft and 40ft sizes, they are designed for loading through both the top and rear doors. Half-height open top containers are ideal for the transport of dense cargoes, such as grinding media, and bulk products, such as copper concentrates. Open top containers are available in 20ft and 40ft sizes and offer increased versatility over standard boxes. All units are equipped with a swinging cross door beam header that opens outwards to give unrestricted access through the door opening.
