GE SeaCo is a truly global organisation without any national bias. A small, knowledgeable and dedicated workforce manages a global fleet of equipment. We have a stable workforce across the world, with a very low staff turnover, however opportunities do arise to join our team, mostly through expansion, reorganisation or retirement. Our employees mainly work in Sales and Customer Service, Product Management including market, product and financial analysis, Operations (primarily a back office function in Singapore), and Finance.  We also employ a team of business process analysts who create solutions for our SAP system which we use to run our business. Our business model is constructed so that depot operations, ship board engineering and logistics management are either conducted by our customers or are outsourced to trusted suppliers. All of our manufacturing and repair work is also outsourced.
